What I Wore – March

Well, it’s been a wild month so far. I kind of can’t believe it’s still March. Here is some virus free content for you though. I still got dressed all month and still am getting dressed each day even though I am now working at home. Here were my favorite looks for March!

Jacket – Unknown (thrifted), T-shirt – White House, Black Market (from cousin), Pants – Universal Threads (Target) Necklace – Chicos (thrifted) Boots – thrifted

Early in the month I felt a huge shift towards wanting more colorful looks so I started off with a bang in this adorable blazer I bought at Goodwill. I love the colors in this so much. It seriously goes with everything too. I will have some fun with this into the spring and even the summer.

Dress – Tory Birch (thrifted), Boots – from cousin

This is one of the last items I thrifted before the world went crazy. But I went out on a bang. This is a Tory Birch dress I scored at Clothes Mentor for only $20. I am in love. It hugs my curves, it’s leopard print which we all know I love. I wore this to church but I am looking forward to the days we can go out again and I can wear this on a date night with Nate.

Sweater – Michael Kors (via swap), T-shirt – Amazon, Leggings – Lularoe, Boots – thrifted

I won this t-shirt in a giveaway and I thought it would be perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, but also because we all need those good vibes right now, right? It’s going to be a fun shirt to have in my rotation.

Sweater – J Crew (Via Thred Up), Flannel – Lands End (thrifted), Jeans – Universal Threads (thrifted), Boots – thrifted

This was my St. Patrick’s Day look. I had to wear my green. I’m Irish after all! I thought this pattern mix would be kind of fun. And if you can’t tell because they’re in almost every picture, I love these booties a lot. One of the better purchases I made this winter!

So there you go. I’m going to keep trying to play and have fun with my closet as much as I can. I did just a little online shopping also and might have fun new goodies to share soon. Gotta keep that economy going somehow right?

  1. These are all fun looks! I love that floral jacket in your first look–what a gorgeous find! Also–that Tory Burch dress!! It’s perfect on you! I am also getting dressed still even though I’m home. For one, I don’t have a lot of cute loungewear and I think I would feel so blah if I wore what I had all the time. Also, getting dressed just makes me feel better. I haven’t done my hair in a good while though. 🙂

  2. I love that you take photos of what you wear. I have felt like I have been in a clothes rut since Ben was born. I used to put together such cute outfits and was proud of them. I remember when I worked a remote job I lived in my Lularoe and then challenged myself to get dressed everyday, including shoes. It does really make you more productive. Maybe next week I will challenge myself to get dressed everyday and get creative! Thanks for the inspiration.

  3. Oh that jacket in the first photo is soooo pretty. I love it. Your St. Patrick’s Day look is adorable. I still get dressed every day too, even working from home, but it’s not usually anything too nice. I like to be comfortable. haha

  4. I love that green sweater!!! I’m in the middle of this move and I realize I have to get rid of SO many closet items. I mean YAY because many are too big but dang…. not a job I want to do, that’s for sure.
