What I Wore – March

It’s the last Wednesday of the month! This is the day I pretend I’m still a “fashion blogger” and share some of my favorite outfits of the month. I share outfits daily on my Instagram (@coffeeuntilbeth, come play if you aren’t already!) because I love clothes, sharing thrifted finds and mixing my wardrobe. On the last Wednesday of the month I like to bring some of those posts here and share my favorite looks in a little more detail. Here are my favorite looks from March!

Jacket – INC (thrifted), Shirt – unknown (thrifted). pants – Old Navy, Boots – Ralph Lauren (from cousin)

This was a cold day in earlier March and I had to laugh so hard, I always put my clothes in the bathroom the night before so I can get dressed as soon as I hop out of the shower and Nate happened to walk by and saw my jacket and said “why are you putting a fox in the bathroom?” I love this jacket so much that I thrifted with Megan of Eco Resale back in November. I do have to resist the urge to pet it all day long though!

T-shirt – Lularoe Classic T, Sweater – Loft (thrifted), Pants – Old Navy, Boots – Ralph Lauren (From cousin), Necklace – thrifted

This was a fun look I pulled together on a Friday for work. I love this Classic T from Lularoe in my favorite print, plaid. I thought the sweater was a nice touch also, it has just a hint of shimmer to it and I love that! It was another cold day that day so the layers were necessary!

Blouse – Old Navy (via ThredUp), Sweater – Thrifted, Pants – Gap (thrifted), Booties – Target

This blouse was one of the items I kept from my ThredUp box and gosh does this bright yellow color make me SO happy. I think I wore this on a day that was very cloudy and rainy because I wanted to make my own sunshine! I added a sweater for the chill in the office but I’m looking forward to rocking this blouse without the sweater at some point soon!

Sweater – Christopher and Banks (thrifted), Pants – JCPenney, Shoes – c/o Rhea Footwear

This week we’re finally getting some spring weather! I also pulled a bunch of my spring and summer clothes out of storage over the weekend, so I had to wear some this week. I don’t think this outfit could be more springy and colorful! I’ve had these mint pants for several years now but they hold up well and still fit, so I was excited to pull them out and wear them again!

Sweater – Thrifted, Pants – Faded Glory (thrifted), Scarf via swap, Shoes – From sister in law

This was my look from yesterday. Again, I was feeling springy and wanted some fun colors. When going through my clothes over the weekend with me, my mom saw this sweater and mentioned it would look nice with these pants. I had never thought of putting them together but I liked how it turned out. A nice transitional spring look!

I’m so glad the weather is starting to get a little nicer outside. It’s feeling good to shed some layers! Who knows, maybe by my April round up you’ll even see bare legs, you never know!!

  2. You are so super cute and I love your sense of fashion. I do have to say though that whatever you did with your hair in the second picture with the plaid top and cardi – that twist – is friggen the best. Love it. xoxo

    1. Thank you my dear! And I have no idea how my hair turned out so awesome that day. Most mornings it’s cross my fingers and pray it doesn’t look like a mop, ha!

  3. Ooo you did a great job of easing in spring to your wardrobe in March! I wore my sweaters a few too many times, but I’m cleaning my closet on Saturday, and I cannot wait to re-discover my summer clothes!

  4. These outfits look great on you Beth! The first and the last ones are my favourite – those pants in the last photo just say “spring has arrived”! Very stylish with the scarf.

  5. I LOVE the introduction of bright colors and prints as spring approaches! I wear a lot of neutrals but I love that springtime means I’m slowly adding more color back in!

  6. I love that your outfits got more and more springy as the month went on. I LOVE the look with the yellow blouse and turquoise cardigan–those colors are so pretty!! Spring is the best. 🙂
