What's Up Weekend

What’s Up Weekend 6.1.18

Happy Friday everyone! And happy National Donut Day! In my opinion it should be donut day every day, but I’ll still celebrate it on it’s official holiday! Anyway, I’m here as usual with my girls Charlotte and Lindsay to look back at the week that was and celebrate the good and happy things. Let’s dive in!

(1) National Donut Day. Duh. And one of the best donuts in town from my favorite little small town bakery!

(2) Coloring in the book awesome coloring book that Nate got me for Mother’s Day.

(3) Celebrating 12 years of marriage with my wonderful husband and enjoying the most amazing meal we’ve ever had at Bourough in Minneapolis.

(4) My amazing thrift store finds I shared earlier in the week.

(5) An outdoor turned indoor picnic with Jen and her family.

(6) Qualifying for the 2nd month in a row with my KEEP. If I can hit the same in June I get some pretty amazing rewards. We’ll see what happens!

(7) My favorite photo buddy taking pictures with me.

(8) My new Color Street nails. They are a lot easier to use than I thought they’d be!

(9) The pure joy of watching Ollie helping take care of my sister-in-law’s chickens. He was SO happy.

(10) Short weeks! Without working on Monday the rest of this week went by pretty fast!

And now we’re on to the weekend. Nate does unfortunately have to work a bit, but I have plans to clean out my closet and just kind of hanging out. And then we have another short week as our trip is getting close! I get the feeling June may zoom by.

Feel free to link up with the ladies and I below and be sure to check out the other posts too! Have a great weekend!

  1. I totally went out and had a donut with a friend this morning on a whim. It was fantastic! Congrats on your KEEP goals! That is awesome! I love the photo of Ollie with the chicken. I have a friend who ended up buying chicks for her little and she ended up keeping them now as adults and there are always photos of her toddler holding the chickens and they are so good with her! I am surprised! Happy weekend!

  2. Its a good thing I can’t drive, because I would be neck deep in doughnuts! Maybe I will convince the hubby we have to have some, its all I can think about now! LOL . Ollie is so stinking cute. His face when he is feeding the chicken….love it! Have a great weekend!! XOXO
