What I Wore Wednesday
I haven’t shared some of my recent outfits in awhile. Since summer is winding down, I thought today would be a good day to look back at some favorites over the last month or so. I’ve been playing around with style ideas and having a lot of fun.
Here’s today’s look. I took a Lularoe Cassie skirt and dressed it down with a denim jacket and some fun sneakers. It’s hard to tell, but the sneakers actually have some lace. The overall look feels sporty and fresh.
I don’t know why I don’t own more of the Lularoe Amelia dresses. They fit me like a dream, they’re so comfy and can be dressed up or down. I played with my newest one by trying a little hack I saw online – wear it backwards. The zipper in front gives it a more casual feel, I liked the result. Adding this sweater almost made it a Fall like outfit, but it was chilly yesterday so I didn’t mind.
Here’s a recent casual Friday look. You can’t go wrong with dark skinny jeans. I added a top from Stitch Fix and then yes, another Lularoe piece, the Lindsey kimono. I liked the way everything fell on me, made a nice silhouette.
And yes, another Lula look here. I took my Carly dress and turned it into a wrap dress. I watched a ton of tutorials online on how to do it and I loved how it turned out. I added the fun floral leggings I got from Arc’s Value Village. This is one of my favorite looks of the whole summer honestly.
And finally another all Lula look. I didn’t intend for this post to be all LLR! It is a huge part of my wardrobe though. Just remember, I don’t sell it and I am not making commission at all, ha. Anyway, I put a Classic T with a Lola for a very simple but very feminine look.
It’s no secret that I love my Lularoe. I don’t know how that’s going to play into my Secondhand Shopping challenge come September 1st, but I’m not going to worry about it for right now.
As always, you can follow along with my fashion on my Instagram. I just changed my handle yesterday to be a little more blog friendly, instead of TheBethMn you can now find me at Bethnextdoor. Same Beth fashion, same Beth channel.
